compensation: $15/hour plus bonuses, $100 per unit cleaning employment type: part-time MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE, seeking for a reliable, responsible and self driven person to help overseeing a nice executive small short term rental apartments complex of 22 units. This is a perfect part time job where you manage your own schedule except in some occasions. You have to be available, care for details, good presentation, speak fluent English and be able to promote/sell the product. You will meet with customers for showing, make sure that the units are perfect between clients, clean the inside and the outside, some little maintenance tasks such as; replace light bulbs, air filters etc. is required, no tools required, and help managing the place. Some bonuses are given with performances and also on Christmas, you can expect making between $500-$800/month Principals only. R
