Smaller puppy wanted for support

We are looking for a puppy that will grow to be a small dog, like a Maltese, Shih Tzu mix for example. Not looking for a pure bred just wanting a good companion that will be treated like a King/Queen for a older person needing a support animal. My support animal of 18 years died and life has been very empty. Would like puppy from Kauai unless we can make a exchange painless
