Rehoming two conures

Hello, I am looking for a new home for my 3 year old female yellow sided gcc and 2 year old male cinnamon turquoise gcc. I have considered this previously but find myself again in this predicament. There is not a time crunch to find a new home, so I would like to meet anyone interested and make a thought out decision. Their new family should likely be one with bird experience, knowing they can be very noisy, very messy and have a lifespan of 20+ years. These two are hand tamed, with the female being more so, although they probably will take time to be tame with a new owner. They love to sit on your shoulder or on top of your head. Sometimes I put them in separate cages to get a break from each other. It would be nice if you live in a house or have neighbors who would be tolerant of them making noise at times. I am asking a re-homing fee of $250 for the pair, and I have surely close to a thousand dollars worth of cages, perches, and toys to come with them.
