Licensed Interior Renovation Company looking for EXPERIENCED, highly skilled Interior Renovation workers. Pay is $200/day. We are highly specific about what we are looking for. Please make sure you meet the following criteria: 1. Extremely dedicated to your craft. 2. No excuses type of work attitude. 3. Relentlessly focused on perfection AND speed. 4. Unwavering focus on the task at hand and the completion of the job overall. 5. Never-ending energy - tireless work ethic. 6. The ability to ATTACK any and all problems and create solutions. 7. Strong Mental state with the ability to handle varying states of pressure, stress, or deadlines. 8. Positive state of mind in getting the work done - winners only. 9. Strong Self-Esteem in yourself AND in your work. 10. The desire to grow with us as a team and help us scale as a company. 11. Having your own tools is a plus and preferred, but not a deal breaker. 12. Able to travel to different job sites. Work is in all 5 Boroughs - Mostly Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Looking for a Navy Seal or Special Forces mentality, not kidding. You will be respected on the team and trained in whatever skills you need to be trained in, but we need the RIGHT kind of people. ALL SKILLS will be put to work. Looking for people willing to do ALL ASPECTS of interior renovation. Examples: 1. Painting 2. Flooring 3. Prep-Work (A lot of prep-work) 4. Cleaning 5. Electrical 6. Plumbing 7. Tiling 8. Sheetrock 9. Kitchens and Bathrooms 10. Etc. Not much use to us if you know plumbing but don't want to paint or if you can lay down tile but have no interest in learning plumbing. We need people that CAN do it all or are willing to be TRAINED and work in everything. As a company, we don't see a difference between painting or tiling. We have jobs to do and are expected to deliver the highest caliber of quality for these projects overall. If you have a limited skillset, but CAN LEARN and you have the right attitude, please contact us - you might be a better fit than someone with a larger skillset but lacking the right enthusiasm. You will be asked to come in for a working interview similar to an audition. This is not paid, however you will be compensated if the foreman sees you can do the job, thinks you might be a good fit, and keeps you on for the day.
