Health Fair / Tea + Free to the first 100 people to sign up ages 12 to adult. This event is a health and wellness informational Tea. There will be registration for Oregon Health Plan if you need medical insurance, blood pressure check, Covd-19 Vaccination clinic, and Covid-19 testing. You will receive a $100 Visa gift card for getting your 1st vaccination. There will be a panel of Physicians to ask questions about your health and the Vaccination. All in attendance will receive a gift bag and there will be door prizes given. Come sip tea, eat and learn about our health.
