Help save Roscoe! Hi I work as a Security Officer at Southern Pines Apartments in Spartanburg. Here at my site there is this sweet boy, that I named Roscoe. He follows us everywhere we go, he loves giving love, and laying on your lap. I would take him home but already have two of my own. Roscoe is too loving to be living on the streets.
