We are a manufacturing company looking for shop and installation help. The position is full time Monday through Friday Education/Qualifications: - Experienced with hand tools and performing basic mechanical assembly. - Have reliable transportation. - Ability to be on their feet for most of the workday and perform repetitive tasks. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include occasional weekend and/or evening work. We are willing to trying you to: - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists, tools, and materials. - Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. - Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. - Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. - Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. - Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. - Record time on labor sheets for each process of assembly. - Operate hand tools to aid in assembly. - Keep assembly department clean and free of foreign object damage - Installation closet, kitchen cabinet, wall unit, vanity bathroom and more.
