Replace Roof

Description

Roof needs to be stripped and replaced ASAP with asphalt shingles. Approximately 20'x40' =800 sqft. Only the side of the roof shown in the photo needs to be replaced. The other roof surfaces were already replaced a few years ago. There are two chimneys and one vent pipe to flash around. The ridge vent can be reused. The gutters are okay as is -- they do not need to be replaced unless you break them. Price should include all materials, stripping the old roof, replacing any failed roof boards, and cleanup and hauling of trash and debris. Please include your name, phone and roofing experience.
