I have a 1.5 year old great dane looking for just the right home. She's great with kids. Doesn't get along with other female great danes. But might do well with 1 male. She can be iffy about strangers coming into her home. Seems to be fine outside the home. She's great off leash. She does have separation anxiety so she will get herself into trouble while left alone. She can NOT be kenneled. We rescued her from a situation where she lived in a kennel most of her life. Specialist suggested a bedroom with a gate she can see over witch works great for us. She is house trained however she doesn't tell you when she needs to go out so you basically just have to take her out a bunch of times throughout the day. The reasoning for rehoming is she would be happier with a nice big yard she can play in. We don't have a yard. And honestly didn't expect to have her this long (like I said we rescued her) she is up to date on rabies shot. She is about 110-115lbs. She WILL knock over and step on young children without realizing it. She's a big girl. Feel free to message me and ask any questions. I will be VERY picky as to where she goes.
