CEC Annual Conference October 2,2021 "Moving Forward" Program 8:30 am-9:00 am Check in and breakfast (coffee and bagels) 9:00 am President’s Welcome: Jennifer Webb, PhD 9:10 am - 10:00 am Keynote speaker: John Mitchie Ulibarri, "The Greattastic Adventures: Miracle Child" 10:00 am-10:15 am Brain break - Breathing, Lisa Crislip 10:30 am-11:30 am Session 1 with breakouts Breakout 1-Fostering Resilience, Michele Nobel Breakout 2-Cooperative Teaching, Megan Reister 11:30 am-11:45 am Brain break - Journaling, Lisa Crislip 11:45 am-12:30 pm Lunch 12:45-2:00 Every Child & State Updates, JoHanna Ward, Director, Ohio Department of Education, Office for Exceptional Children. 2:00 pm-2:15 pm Brain break - yoga, Lisa Crislip 2:15 pm-3:15 pm Session 2 with breakouts Breakout 1-Models of Disability, Deb Amend Breakout 2- Pre-service Teacher Roundtable, Katie Bell facilitator 3:15 pm-3:30 pm Closing remarks and Awards CEU's are available for free from CEC-Ohio. Graduate credit will be available for purchase through Malone University which requires additional work after the conference.
