The Wayne Williamson Collection - Vintage stout tasting series Chef Curtis Allred Presents a very exclusive dinner experience featuring cellar selections from a dear friend. For the first collection of four events, beers have been selected from Curtis’ late friend, Wayne Williamson. Wayne loved great beers but more importantly, great relationships. Chef Curtis had the pleasure of knowing Wayne, and his wife Lori, as fantastic regular guests at another local pizzeria where their friendship began while Curtis was working there. Unfortunately, Wayne was taken from us too early after battling cancer several years ago. When Lori went to finally part with Wayne’s beer collection, Curtis was the first call she made. The proceeds from this and the following 3 intimate dinners in the series will go to local cancer supporting charities. Seating for these dinners is EXTREMELY limited due to the quantity of vintage beers.
