Wakeman's biggest fundraiser of the year, featuring local chefs, musicians, libations, and more! Held on the Farm grounds, under a tent draped with twinkling lights, Harvest Fest is a magical evening, featuring seasonal fare contributed by local farmers and chefs. Wine and signature cocktails will be flowing! In addition to fab food and drinks, there will be auctions, including a variety of exclusive culinary, garden, and travel experiences, such as private chef dinners in Wakeman’s Tim’s Kitchen Space; VIP trips throughout the Caribbean and to Watch Hill's luxe Ocean House resort, a Wine Wall, and a paddle raise to help us raise funds for 2022. It's a FUN-Raiser! More than just a celebration of food, farm and fun, the event is designed to raise funds to support youth education programs and outreach. Thanks to previous Harrvest Fest donations, the Farm was able to provide a record number of FREE camperships this summer that allowed kids from Horizons Bridgeport and Westporters on a limited income to enjoy our programs without worrying about how to pay for them. Seating Note - Seating is Extremely Limited + Tickets Sell Fast! This is a communal seating event, so you may be sitting next to “new friends.” However, if you have a group of 8 people total, we will feature a special roped off area to guarantee your own table. We have tried in year’s past to accommodate groups of four to six, but have found that it’s difficult to hold “half” or “partial” tables, so this reserved seating opportunity is available only to groups of 8 people who purchase their tickets through in one fell swoop with one "point person" in your party who purchases the entire 8-top on behalf of the group. The buyer will be our point person in case of questions regarding entree choice, etc. See below. Dietary Note This is a large event, so we cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions. Our Entree/Dinner is beef, likely Short Ribs, which is what everyone will get, except those who specifically request the TBD Vegetarian Entree during the registration process. Sorry, due to large numbers, we cannot accommodate changes later. The chef will create the evening's menu based on what's best in the local markets at the time of the event, so we cannot provide advance specifics about the Entrees, except to offer the two Entree categories.
