Acclaimed Seattle Chef Renee Erickson will be popping up at Chatham Bars Inn in celebration of her newest cookbook, Getaway on Tuesday, August 10th. Renee Erickson is a James Beard awarding-winning chef, author, and co-owner of multiple properties in Seattle, Washington: The Walrus and the Carpenter, The Whale Wins, Barnacle, Boat Bar, Bateau, Westward, and several General Porpoise Doughnuts and Coffee locations.
From 4:30pm - 6:30pm, rub elbows with Chef Erickson over drinks and hors d’oeuvres from Getaway, and slurp back oysters from Boston’s Row 34 Chef Jeremy Sewall’s signature oyster bar offerings.
