A FREE event, welcoming veterans who would like to play the game of tennis! A FREE event, welcoming veterans who would like to play the game of tennis! Tennis is known to be the sport of a lifetime that offers healing and is also lots of fun! No experience is necessary; all are welcome from novice to advanced players. Please register ASAP to reserve your spot, as space is very limited. The capacity for this event, on court, will be 40 vets and guests. Each veteran can bring one guest to play with on court. If you choose to bring more guests, they are welcome to watch or they can take turns playing on court. Each veteran must sign up via eventbrite, and the veteran must also sign up with the name of their guest. The event will close when the capacity hits 40. We are looking forward to seeing you on Friday, August 20th, at the tennis courts at Anthony F. Veteran Park in Ardsley, NY at 7:45pm!
