It seems that some of us have gone from a hard stop to all in, head down, go go go in just a year. It is time to find a balance and Dr. Smedley has a solution. His involvement in businesses, school districts, higher education institutions, and private industry shows the hard work he has and continues to put in to make a difference in our society's outlook on the importance of mental health in the workforce.
