This yoga class is designed to make yoga accessible to everyone!
This is a 60 minute yoga class, focusing on making yoga accessible to all individuals. Many individuals have voiced that they don't think they can do yoga. This simply isn't true. Everyone and every body can do yoga! And this class will show you how. You will learn how to use props including chairs, bolsters, blocks, and blankets to best support you in your yoga practice. This class will work towards increasing mobility in the body and promote relaxation. The majority of this class will be done from a chair and is perfect for those who may find it difficult to sit or lay on the floor. We hope you join us and explore the possibilities that yoga can offer.
No previous yoga experience required.
