In the space of deep connection we remember & honor the innate healer within us that is always there. You will be invited to connect with your energy body through a brief mindful movement practice (Seasonal Qigong) and then to completely surrender for renewal and integration during a sound bath. Arula uses various instruments: Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ethereal Vocals, Medicine Drum, Hand Pan, Rain Sticks, Guitar, and more to create a womb of sound intended to hold and nourish you in a space of deep relaxation.
