My contractor left me with a job 95% complete, but still red-tagged by Missouri City. The City Inspector tells me that there are only a few small things remaining. Some of the things include pumping out the ditch to verify the pipe depth, putting in flag tape, and a few other small things I don't understand fully but are pretty simple.
My electrician deiced to leave the job after he got frustrated with the requirements from the City. This is three-phase service and the inspector is picky. This job will require that an electrician pull a new permit, adopt the existing electrical work, and fix anything required by the inspector.
I can pay any materials remaining (I think something about some ground wire, etc.). Small things.
Let me know via text if you are interested. I need this completed asap so that I can get service to the building for the next project phase.
