Change all my lug nuts

I have a 2008 dodge grand caravan and it seems that there are a few lug nuts that are stuck. I want all 20 lug nuts replaced, i already have them. I am a former mechanic, but i have a major back injury and can not do this myself. I have 10 replacement lug studs incase any break. Please text me, i want this done ASAP, don't care if you want to work at odd times, this should only be about an hours work.
