I mainly rehab/flip houses. I also do other types of construction related work when I am not working on rehabs or flips. There is a little bit of everything from complete gut jobs to the studs, foundation/concrete/block work, rough framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, trim, kitchens, baths, tile, roof tear-offs and re-shingling, re-framing rooflines to create dormers, windows, siding, setting up/tearing down scaffolding, lawncare, landscaping etc. I need a helper or helpers during the different stages of construction. Must have your own transportation. Must have your own basic tools. Must be able and willing to put in long, hard days of work (8-12 hours/day) as needed depending on what is going on that day.
