We would like to invite you out for a day of fun with Daniel James professional martial artist, fitness Instructor and motivator!!! Fitness, Energy, Intensity, and Fun is what this day is all about!! This health and fitness inspired event will be held from 10am until 2pm and offers 2 fitness classes as well as a meet and greet intermission at Fleet Field 1650 N. Throop , Sponsored by Rawnrgy. Did we mention this is a kid friendly event?! How awesome is that??! Bring your kids to this event to help foster a positive mind set around health and fitness. Experience one of the most fun, energetic, and challenging fitness events of the summer! The event will kick off at exactly at 10:30am, and end at 11:30am. This workout will be just the thing to get you warmed up and moving! Then take a breather and walk around and visit our vendors while socializing with others who are just as passionate about a positive and healthy lifestyle!! Get out and mingle!! During this break time there will be a special obstacle course for kids lead by Daniel James! This kid friendly event is for children for ages 6 years old and up. We will provide obstacle courses and a variety of fun activities to promote healthy living for every age! Kids will also have a designated supervised area filled with activities while parents are taking the work outs!! But wait!!!! Don’t stop just yet because at exactly 12:45pm the Body Shock work out is COMING!!!! This will be the TOUGHEST class you will take this summer!! Don't be discouraged, this event is for all fitness levels and designed to push yourself to your limit. After this class is over you will definitely be inspired to live YOUR best fitness life!
