What goes better with beer than artisanal cheeses and meats? Not much else... Join us for our FIRST EVER Charcuterie board Workshop. We are so excited to welcome Carolina Aguilar to our favorite place to be! In this workshop, you will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including laying pepperoni ribbons and creating beautiful salami roses. You will be guided step by step as you create your own mini board that serves 2-4 people. We will offer great beer pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on how to take the most Instagram worthy photos of your boards!
