EP Release Show ADVANCE: $10 // DOS: $13 DOORS: 7:30PM // SHOW: 8PM Jordan Mayland “The Plan” EP is the latest from Des Moines musician, Jordan Mayland. Known for being a multi-instrumentalist involved in many musical projects, Jordan has once again thrown a musical curveball with this new release. “The Plan” was produced by friend and TiRES bandmate, Phil Young at Sonic Factory Studio, and Jordan performs all instruments on the thirty-minute EP besides flute, being added by Iowa Jazz Hall of Fame musician, Don Jaques. The EP is a mix of synthesizers, hooks, electro and acoustic drums, over melodic and thoughtful songwriting. This will be the fifth solo studio release from Jordan, while he has also been heavily involved in putting out music with Volcano Boys, Keepers of the Carpet, TiRES, The Wheelers, Electronidoll, Mantis Pincers, The Thermal Detonators, and Nuclear Rodeo. TiRES Electro-Rock band TiRES will be joining Jordan onstage for the full evening of music. The band is looking forward to not only blurring the lines of where Jordan ends and TiRES begin, but will be debuting a few new songs as well as incorporating classic TiRES songs and a few other surprises. xBk is a 250 cap entertainment venue/listening room dedicated to creating superior live entertainment experiences in a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
