Learn how to make 4 traditional pasta sauces with Julie Parisi, former owner of local artisan pasta company, Zaza's Pastas.
Julie will demonstrate how to prepare a traditional sugo di pomorodo with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil. Next, tackle a silky carbonara. Class attendees will also learn how to make, from start to finish, the hugely popular Bolognese sauce with local ingredietns from Big Boy Meats! Finally, taste a bright and vibrant pesto. Attendees will enjoy samples of each dish throughout the night!
This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market.
