You are invited to attend our Faith Forum on July 20th, from 12:00pm – 1:30pm, at Crossroads Institute in Galax. Lunch will be sponsored by Intercept Health. This informational session is designed for pastors and church leaders to: • Learn more about the needs of children and families and how churches can be involved meeting needs. • Understand how CarePortal works. • Get their questions answered directly from representatives of Intercept and SWVA Crossroads Coalition leaders.
