Full Job Description Greenbriar Villa Apartments and Willow Grove Apartments in Modesto is a 397-unit property seeking a full time Property Maintenance Technician. Great compensation paired with an awesome on-site team! Immediate hiring! Our Maintenance staff plays a big role in the success of our community. We are looking for a tech who can assess the work to be done in a make-ready unit or handle a work order with ease. Maintenance needs to have a sharp eye for details and knows how to be proactive when handling preventative work. Providing excellent service and positive interaction with residents’ requests are important here! Each day is different, offering the ability to prioritize tasks, be creative and use the initiative to problem solve. Job Summary •Primary Job Duty is to complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins. •Assist lead work order tech and complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property. •Assists porter as needed in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing walkways, and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed. •Respond to emergency maintenance requests/share on call duties with maintenance staff. •Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications •Minimum of three (3) years solid experience in all aspects of general residential property maintenance or related experience •HVAC Certification a plus! •Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask. •Ability to handle physical workload •Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills •Flexible availability to cover on-call hours •Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care •Valid Driver's license and clean driving record •Must pass criminal background check and 5 panel non DOT drug screen •Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Benefits •Group Health: Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic and Rx •Employer Paid Life Insurance with AD&D •Direct Deposit •Paid Vacation •Paid Sick Leave •8 Paid holidays •24/7 employee service and support How to Apply Please send a resume to [email protected].
