Learn to create one of Italy`s most famous desserts! TIRAMISU! The most loved and popular Italian dessert. In this hands on class you will learn how to make two versions of this dessert: The classic Tiramisu and a variant of it. This workshop has a cultural and a culinary component. It is intended to be a fun, hands-on, actively involving experience for all attendees as well as an interesting discovery of the unique characteristics of Italian culinary culture. Cost for this class is $50/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. This is a hands on class which means you will be participating in the baking process. You will enjoy a small charcuterie plate along with two glasses of wine and/or tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
