Hello, I am located in Tracy, Central Valley and have extensive 9-year experience of growing iris plants, fruit trees, and decorative gardening in very hot and dry climate. Grow some tomatoes too ;)) I am looking to expand a home farm and is in need of 0.5 acre of irrigated land in cooler climate than Central Valley within driving distance from Tracy.
