ball python rehome ! please help

i ended up with a 8 year old ball python, he will come with tank, light, tank stand, himself, and everything inside, all for a rehome fee of 150$ he can be handled, he can get a little sassy when hungry, he eats live mice (3 at a time) every two weeks, hes a sweet boy, but my roommate is deathly scared of him 😭 i hate doing this but someone please love this boy
