Enjoy a Hardman Farm signature dining experience complete with live bluegrass music and historic demonstrations. Immerse yourself in an evening full of Appalachian culture, local history, local food, music and more. Live demonstrations will engage you while you enjoy Southern fare including slow smoked St Louis style pork ribs, smoked and chopped boneless chicken thighs , loaded baked potato salad , french green beans, yeast rolls and southern classic dessert--banana pudding. Wash it all down with local brew from Tantrum Brewing Company. Locally renowned and State award winning fiddle player, Elliott Sperin will complete the experience in the shadow of Mt. Yonah and the Indian Mound. Guests will also enjoy meandering through the bottom floor of the 1870 Italianate Mansion before dinner.
