The state required proxy caregiver training class for medication administration. This class will be held at the pharmacy in Marietta. Proxy Caregiver Medication Administration Training March 24th , 2020 Tuesday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Training completed by Judy Hyde, RN. Location: Guardian Pharmacy 1750 Enterprise Way Suite 105 Marietta, GA This training is only for Personal care homes serviced by and contracted with Guardian Pharmacy Atlanta. NOTE: Please carpool if possible, as parking is limited; DO NOT park in a space that has a different number than 105 or 107 in it. There is also some parking available behind the building.
