Chances are you are also reaping the bounty of this year's growing season from your own garden and local farmers market. Join us as we transform this abundance of fresh herbs and produce into a meal worthy of an Italian harvest celebration! Caponata (Eggplant Appetizer)Homemade Fettuccine with Asparagus and Sweet Gorgonzola Sauce and Amatriciana SaucePork Tenderloin with Prosciutto and WineMediterranean Salad with Fresh Herb DressingStrawberry Zabaglione with Sweet Wine SaucePlan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $75/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
