Job Responsibilities and Task: Park One Properties, Inc is actively looking for a responsible, hard-working, and enthusiastic individual for our Maintenance Department. Employee reports directly to Maintenance Manager. Work consists of, but not limited to all aspects of painting, (dry wall installation, patch work and texture), miscellaneous repairs (minor electrical and plumbing work, etc), move-in/move-out turn-overs (lock replacements, replacing mini-blinds, hauling, etc), to name a few. Individuals with plumbing and HVAC experience and/or who are familiar with bathroom/kitchen remodeling are encouraged to apply and will be preferred. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Person interested must be pro-active and require minimal to no-supervision. Person is required to meet deadlines for work completion and be able to swiftly transition into a different jobs as required. - Must be able to communicate well, have a working cell phone (text/email), and have a reliable method of transportation/valid driver's license. -Individual hired will also be responsible for purchasing materials and completing electronic work orders, so some administrative and technical skills are required. - Willingness and ability to work and travel throughout the East Bay. Hours: This opening is a full time position with overtime potential. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is based on experience and skill level ($22-$28/hr).
