We are looking for a part time person to grow into a full time maintenace position/subcontractor and work closely with our operations manager, Brandon at Home To Own. Over 100 single family locations throughout the north west side of Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Knowledge of basic maintenance is required along with general carpertry, basic plumbing and electrical skills. Applicant must have their own tools, vehicle and liabilty insurance.
