As General Counsel, Nolan will manage legal issues on a variety of business transactions including development, land acquisitions, purchase contracts, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. "Patricia has deep legal expertise and a strong background in commercial transactions and relationships," said GreenPointe President and CEO Ed Burr. "I am confident her experience and understanding of corporate law will complement and enhance GreenPointe's current initiatives and help advance our company's growth and business strategy." Nolan joins GreenPointe after working as a corporate lawyer with Barnett, Kirkwood, Koche, Long & Foster, P.A. in Tampa. She joined Barnett Kirkwood as senior associate in 2018 and was promoted to partner in 2019. Prior to joining Barnett Kirkwood, Nolan was a senior corporate associate with Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam, P.A., in Jacksonville. Her legal career began with McGuireWoods in Jacksonville.
