Looking for a ROOFER OR ROOF LABORER

3 times now I've hired guys off of here and all 3 did not work out....the 1st guy was 71 and should have been in a retirement home....the 2nd guy got on the roof and said he couldn't do it because he is not 21 anymore....the 3rd guy was a junkie which I won't put up with.....now I say all that to say this, I am looking for a ROOFER OR LABORER who has been on roofs before and is not scared of steep roofs! I have no patience for drug addicts! I have no idea why you drug addicts see my ad and still apply then get mad when I send you home for nodding off! Please are their anymore hard working sober men??? I pay good and at the end of everyday...what more can you ask for? No old men...no addicts!!(got drug tests in my truck and will ask you to pee if you start nodding or if your 25 but look 45) I just need a hard working guy to help me with a few roofs.... if you are scared of steep roofs don't text me.
