Need a place to stay

I need a place to stay for me and my dog till Aug. 8th or 9th, 2021. We are Friendly, house trained, good mannered (we could both do a little better at that) Lol, and like our snacks. I am/was house/pet sitting for a friend for a month and 10 days at the house that he rents. I was told today(by the Landlord)that I can't stay because I've stayed longer than the 14 days allowed for a guest and he would have to put me on the lease and get a background check, at my expense. The rent is paid up for 2 months. I can't take the dog back to my house because my housemate has cats(which this landlord was well aware of). All the campgrounds are booked up too. So Im looking to housesit or maybe put my tent up if it wouldn't be in anyones way. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I can help with some yard work. Im trustworthy and hardworking. Have personal references if needed.
