HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Roll up your sleeves and get ready, because Howard County General Hospital will be offering free Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations to county residents in August who are considered underserved, vulnerable and hard to reach.
Vaccine clinics will take place at the following locations:
Saturday, Aug. 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at East Columbia Branch Library at 6600 Cradlerock Way in Columbia Thursday, Aug. 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI at 6798 Oak Hall in Columbia (Spanish interpreters will be available)Thursday, Aug. 19, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI at 6798 Oak Hall in Columbia (Spanish interpreters will be available)Thursday, Aug. 26, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI at 6798 Oak Hall in Columbia (Spanish interpreters will be available) Howard County residents 12 and older are eligible for vaccination. A parent or legal guardian must accompany those 12 to 17 years old. The hospital asks participants who are age 18 and older to bring a photo ID with them. To register, visit hcgh.org/vaccine.
