We are a exclusive private venue that needs full time handyman / cleaning. Responsibilities Clean facilities by sweeping, mopping, dusting, arranging furniture, etc. Moving of furniture, stage decks Perform maintenance and light repairs Perform routine landscaping on the grounds Paint and fill gaps or crevices Undertake light installation and repairs Repair equipment or appliances Keep kitchen equipment clean Prepare facility for show to prospective clients Assist tradespeople with repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need for major repairs Other as may be required by management Requirements Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent
