I am looking for someone young and energetic to be a part of my sales team. No Sales experience required but you should be an alpha type person or have the ability to work a room. I have spent 10 years in NYC in this business and am bringing my experience to Cleveland to start my own Media agency. Your role is flexible and I will train on everything I experienced on how to generate new business. I am only looking for honest and people with integrity. But I want a "Wolf of Wall Street" team to take care of clients and be tough with our vendors to provide you clients with the best deals. What makes this job great is we are selling our services to save the client money on things they already buy. So we are not hard selling anything but rather informing the client how our services will make their marketing more efficient in all ways. Pay is great if you are serious and good. You will receive 30 percent commission on gross profit. (Example, if you get a new client that spends $10,000 a week and my agency makes $2,000 on that campaign, you will receive $600 per week from that sale). The commission will add up fast as you generate new business and get new clients. In addition to commissions, you will receive a salary once you bring in 10 clients or after your first month, whichever is first. If after your first month you make little to no sales, this isn't for you and I will compensate you accordingly and we will kindly part ways. Annual salary will be half of what your monthly sales are. (Example, if you bring in business that generates $100,000 in sales per month, your annual salary will be $50,000. This salary will be adjusted every month for your growth in new sales. You can work as much or as little as you want to get sales and again, I will help you. Finally there will be a quarterly bonus which we will discuss. As an example using $100,000 in client sales per month (usually clients will have the same campaign monthly so once you get a new client, that should be a monthly income stream), you will earn roughly $6,000 in commissions per month in addition to $50,000 annualized salary.
