The Local Handyman 5280 is a full service handyman service providing top quality handyman and home improvement services to our clients in and across Denver. A current opening exists for the right applicant. Due to the nature of the work, any applicant should be able to meet these minimum qualifications: – Possess a valid drivers license – Able to follow directions, while, thinking and acting independently as the job requires – Must have own tools and reliable transportation that is appropriate for transporting supplies as needed – Must display strong organization and time management skills. You must be reliable and punctual. If you can complete high quality work in a timely manner without constant supervision, this may be a good position for you. Compensation will depend upon experience, professionalism, and client relations. Job Type: Part Time with the ability to transfer to Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 Experience: Carpentry/Handyman: 2 years (Minimum) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Willingness To Travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations Labor type: Carpentry/Handyman Typical start time: 9AM with ability to create own schedule Typical end time: 5PM with ability to create own schedule This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- Reliability is KEY Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Work Remotely: No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
