Position is full time. Currently have 7 small office buildings (West Ashley, James Island and Mount Pleasant); with plans to add more offices. Required responsibilities include: • Cleaning/Janitorial • Yard Work • Errands/Tracking and Stocking supplies • Light Maintenance (including air/water filter and light bulb replacements) Preferred responsibilities include: • Installation of real estate signs • Gutter cleaning • Minor painting/touch-up • Minor electrical and plumbing • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (ventilation) Work hours are flexible but may require some evenings and weekends. Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Reliable transportation and good references are required. Work schedule flexibility is a must.
