Public Area Attendant As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the interior of our hotel looks its very best at all times. You will help promote the positive image of the property and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Qualifications Well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Frequently standing up and moving about the facility Fair understanding of English Your Role Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; polish furniture and fixtures Empty trash cans Inspect upholstered furniture for damage and stains and report these to the Executive Housekeeper Periodically check, clean, and service public restrooms Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions Post cautionary signs when necessary Prioritize and organize work assignments Physical Requirements Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Moving objects up to 30 pounds by carrying/pushing/pulling Bending forward to pull/push/and lift objects Frequent bending/stooping/kneeling Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
