Estate Brands Distributing is looking for a full time warehouse worker. Duties include, but are not limited to: stocking, order picking, truck loading/staging, inbounding, forklift operations. Heavy lifting required as the average weight of our products is 40 pounds. Professional communication, time management and ability to work effectively without supervision are key. Ability to drive a forklift and accurately pull orders is a must. Estate Brands is open Monday through Friday 7am – 6pm. Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:30am-5:30pm and Fri 7am-4pm Skill Requirements: Forklift Certification and ability to use Stand Ups and Sit Downs Attention to detail Ability to work without supervision 3 years warehouse experience Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly Must have good driving record, valid driver's license and current insurance Must be at least 21 years old ATTENDANCE DEMANDS: Employee may be required to periodically work overtime and some weekend work may be required around the holidays due to volume. No time off/travel during October, November, and December- those are the busiest months of the year. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grasp and lift and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb and balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 1-75 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific visual abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Frequently reach up to 72 inches and ability to constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift, or retrieving items from lower shelf areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Job requires working in areas of temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions
