Job description Landscaping Crew Team Members Wild Earth Gardens is hiring right now! Install and maintain landscapes in Boulder County. We have implemented Covid-19 safety precautions and are consider an exempt essential service. Garden Crew Team Member · As a crew member you will maintain high-end fine gardens. This includes spring and fall cleans, weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting, mulching, & minimal irrigation. · Lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. · Work outside March- December. · Work on a team both quickly and effectively. · Work schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, OT included. · Have a good work environment and opportunity to learn new skills. · Willing to train the right candidate. Install Crew Team Member · As a crew member you will renovate old landscapes and install new ones. This includes, demo work, grading, building, planting, installing rock, mulch & plants, stonework, and irrigation. · Work schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, OT included. Work outside March- December. Lift/move 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Work on a team both quickly and effectively. Have a good work environment with opportunity to learn new skills. Willing to train the right person. · To be eligible for these positions you must: Be 18 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license. Speak English. Have reliable transportation. Have a working smart phone. Pay starts depending on experience.
