JOLIET, IL — As more and more people across Will County and other parts of Illinois continue to become sick from the deadly coronavirus, Will County's Chief Judge Daniel Kennedy has issued an order mandating that people visiting the Will County Courthouse return to wearing a facial mask starting Monday. Kennedy's staff announced the decision on Friday morning with a news release.
