JANITOR NEEDED - FT

Description

Immediate opening for a hard working full-time janitor for two downtown Savannah parking garages. Work is outside but covered. Basic duties include taking out trash, sweeping/moping, cleaning equipment, using leaf blower, shopvac, and electric pressure washer. Most hours will be either late night or overnight/early morning and weekends are required and standard schedule. Candidates with mechanical ability to make small repairs and maintenance on equipment (with training) and those who can operate a mechanical sweeper (like a street sweeper but smaller) will be given priority and higher pay offerings.
