Here are the top stories today in Duluth: Local restaurant, Urban Air, is under scrutiny after a racial slur was printed on a guest's receipt at checkout. (Atlanta Journal Constitution) Gwinnett County recently approved a parks and recreation master plan for the decade to come. There are many blueprints done for new parks, trails, and the like! (Atlanta Journal Constitution) A Gwinnett County man is being accused of locking a kitten inside of his very hot car. He is facing charges for having the windows rolled up when the outside temperature was over 90 degrees. (WSB Atlanta) J. Alvin Wilbanks' era ended yesterday after he lead the Gwinnett school district for 25 years. His successor, Calvin Watts, is now in charge of Georgia's largest school district. (Atlanta Journal Constitution) Gwinnett Police believe that they have identified the body of a local woman found in Yellow River Park earlier this week. The body is said to be of a teenager from Lithonia.
