Mail Technician; Inserter/Digital Printing Systems Operator Growing, busy, fast-paced digital print and mail operation looking to fill a full-time permanent position for operators of mail inserters, mailing systems and digital printing systems. This position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with paid holidays. This is an hourly position with pay depending on experience of applicant. Primary duties are as follows: -Operating inserting and addressing equipment, warehouse equipment, digital printers, folding machine, tabbing machine, cutter and mailing posting equipment. Secondary: -Assisting with digital printers and other printing/mail equipment as needed. -Various tasks as needed per job i.e. collating, counting and packaging materials. * Mechanical aptitude and machine operating experience is advantageous and extremely desired. * A good knowledge of postal preparations and regulations is very desirable. * Microsoft Office and similar software knowledge is very desirable. * Strong work ethic, reliability and trainability required. We are willing to train the right candidate for specific equipment and software applications that are used to preform each job/task. This position is very active and tasks can change from a job to job basis daily as is needed to meet deadlines. Must work well as a team member and be able to work well individually while managing several tasks at once. This position requires a strong work ethic and some digital printing and mailing experience is preferred but not required.
