Hi friends! I am looking for a roommate. Currently it is myself and another woman. Room is 11.5ftx11.5ft with 2 windows. Rent is $400 + a $400 deposit. 1 shared bathroom. Washer/dryer. Hardline + wireless for internet. All utilities are in my name. No lease, but I would need 2 months notice before moving out. Preferably looking for a grad student/young professional. Must be kind + thoughtful of others and willing to help out occasionally with house stuff. It is an older house, with the living space fully furnished and with parking + yard. No cigarettes/additional pets. A cat lives with us now. I've been here for 10 years. So quite stable and lots of past roommates, both women and men. We are both vaccinated. Move-in would be September 1st. Any questions, please let me know. *The room is the first picture and will not be furnished.
